UNITED CAPS Appoints Daniel Bruzzese as Chief Technology Officer

Daniel Bruzzese joins the company to support future growth, innovation and operational excellence

Wiltz, Luxembourg – 26 June 2026 – UNITED CAPS has appointed Daniel Bruzzese as Chief Technology Officer as part of its ongoing organisational development and long-term growth strategy.

The appointment comes as UNITED CAPS continues to strengthen its international growth strategy amid increasing market complexity and rising customer expectations.

Under the new structure, several key technical functions — including R&D, industrialisation, mould expertise, automation and engineering, and new product development project management — will be brought together under Bruzzese’s leadership.

This move further clarifies UNITED CAPS’ leadership across two core areas: Manufacturing, led by Chief Manufacturing Officer Olivier Jaillot, and Technology, led by Bruzzese as Chief Technology Officer.

Bruzzese brings 25 years of international experience in the automotive industry, with expertise in injection moulding, product development, industrialisation and complex project management. Most recently, he served as R&D Centre Director at Novares in China.
